ConnectLine Streamer Pro
When hearing aids are linked to the ConnectLine Streamer Pro, almost any audio source can be transmitted through the Streamer Pro to the hearing aids using a wireless Bluetooth connection or a mini-jack cable.
This easy to use device works like a remote control for adjusting program settings, volume, and allowing easy access to mobile phones, landline phones, laptops, TVs, and MP3 players. Audio is directly streamed to your hearing aids, turning them into wireless headsets.
Most of the ConnectLine products need a Streamer to function.
ConnectLine Phone Adapter

This device uses your existing landline phone to turn your hearing aids into a wireless, hands-free headset due to the built-in microphone inside an Oticon Streamer Pro. When receiving an incoming call, you will hear a call alert in the hearing aids. By pushing the phone button on the Streamer Pro, the phone is picked up and transferred to the hearing aids- without having to go to the phone! The ConnectLine has a wireless range of 30 metres, so users can answer and hear calls from almost any room in the house.
ConnectLine MicroPhone
The ConnectLine Microphone is a clip-on microphone that sends the voice of whoever is wearing the microphone to your hearing instruments.
This device is lightweight and discreet and works together with your Streamer Pro, picking up the desired wearer’s voice, reducing surrounding environmental noise, and sending the sounds to your hearing aid.
With more direct sound from the ConnectLine Microphone, you will be able to communicate more clearly on a one-to-one basis in demanding listening environments such as the car, or crowded places.
ConnectLine Remote Control
The ConnectLine Remote Control offers volume control and program setting functions for your Oticon hearing aids. Lightweight and easy to use, this remote control fits in the palm of your hand for easy access.
AccessLine ComPilot
The ComPilot is a streaming accessory that allows users to enjoy cell phone calls and high-clarity stereo sound quality for multimedia audio through their hearing aids.
Thanks to Bluetooth, the ComPilot can be easily connected to a huge range of cell phones, smartphones, computers, tablets, music players and more.
It can also be used as a remote control, for changing the hearing aids’ program and volume, and offers VoiceAlerts for easy interaction.
AccessLine ComPilot TVLink Bundle
This Bundle comes with a Phonak TVLink S Base Station and is used with a Phonak ComPilot or ComPilot Air. It turns any Phonak wireless hearing aid into a wireless TV headset with stereo sound quality. This bundle also allows you to connect with other audio, entertainment, or communication devices.
The TVLink S Base Station also comes with a charging dock for charging your ComPilot.
DECT Cordless Phone
This cordless phone looks like a regular phone, but is actually much more powerful, transmitting sound to both ears simultaneously, reducing noise and maximizing understanding.
The phone includes a booster mode for those moments when users are not wearing their hearing aids, and thanks to the wireless streaming, the user can hold the phone in a regular manner. Family members without a hearing loss can use the cordless phone just like a regular phone.

AccessLine PilotOne
The Phonak PilotOne is an easy to use remote control for clients with Phonak Venture hearing aids. It adjusts the volume and program settings of the hearing aids with 4 simple buttons: Home, Volume up, Volume down and Program. Designed for maximum impact and ease of use. Its clever simplicity and ergonomic design make it very user-friendly.
